HENRY GEORGE GARROULD (1888 - 1973)
Henry George Garrould was born on 29th January 1929 1888 and probably christened on 12th August in Kirkley. He was the son of Horace Garrould (1846) and Emma Elizabeth Forder. He was the grandson of George Henry Garrould (1818). In 1901 he was aged 12 and living at 312 London Road Kirkley. He married Mary Spencer Moore, the sister of sculptor Henry Moore and was a bank manager. He died in 1973.
