| Harriet
Houchen was born in Hingham on 19th November 1832. She was the daughter
of Edmund Houchen (1804) and Mary Parfoot. In 1841 she was living
in Stone Lane, Hingham. In 1851, with her younger brother, Henry Houchen, she was living in the household of her aunt and
uncle, Sarah and Charles Richardson in Rising Sun Row in Heigham.
She died on 7th June 1856 and was buried on 18th June. She was a shoe
binder by trade.
